Rates and Insurance

We offer weekly sessions that are 45 to 50 minutes in length. Session prices vary depending on therapist’s level of training and expertise. Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Individual Session: $150*

  • Couples Session: $175*

*Sliding scale offered and vary by providers. Please discuss with therapist prior to meeting

Note, Clinicians have limited availability and may have a waiting list. Therefore, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. We will ask that you place a credit card on file. In the event that you need to cancel at the last minute, you will be charged for your scheduled time.

We offer appointments during the day, evening and some Saturdays. There is usually a limited evening/Saturday appointments. We encourage you to be placed on the waiting list even if you are searching for another therapist. Appointments often become available within a few weeks.

Insurance Clients

Our providers are participating are in-network with Optum, Aetna, and United Health Care (UHC) in New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts. We can provide a superbill for out-of-network clients, which can offset the cost of therapy, depending on your insurance plan.

To determine the specific rate with your plan and policy, please reach out to your assigned clinician with the following information:

  • Name of insured person

  • Date of birth of insured

  • Insurance provider

  • Insured’s name

  • Subscriber’s ID

  • Insurance Policy number

We accept all major debit/credit cards as forms of payment. We also accept HSA, FSA, and Zelle.

Payment

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please make sure you call or message to cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.

Provisional-Licensed Professionals

Becoming a fully licensed therapist may take nearly a decade of, training, guidance, and supervised practice. Upon attaining a Master’s degree, most therapy professionals require 3,000-5,000 hours of practice under an approved and fully licensed therapist. This means that they will have weekly case conferences, in confidence, with a fully licensed and experienced supervisor. Once provisionally-licensed therapist have completed their supervision hours and passed the Board Exam within their respective field (e.g. Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, etc), they can apply to become independently licensed.
