What are your rates and insurances?
We offer weekly sessions that are 45 to 50 minutes in length. Session prices vary depending on therapist’s level of training and expertise. We are participating with several major insurance carriers as well. For more information, please review our rates and insurances page for more information.
If you would like a double session, please speak with your clinician and, if the schedule allows, we can provide that to you.

What is difference between talking to a therapist and a friend or family member?
Talking to a therapist is different from confiding in a friend or family member because therapists are trained professionals who provide unbiased support, objective insights, and evidence-based techniques, whereas friends and family members may offer personal opinions and biases without the same level of training or neutrality.

What are the differences among individual, marital/couples, and family therapy?
